Founder of SIDD, Mirhaz Pradhan began his journey in property in 2021 with a commercial development. Not the easiest way to get started!

So how does an ex-Accenture IT consultant find himself launching a property development and investment firm?

After growing up and witnessing the ups and many downs of his dad’s own entrepreneurship journey, Mirhaz’s ethos is to always keep going.

And working to help large companies accelerate their business through technological transformation defintely requires that. This included leading a team of 9 to leverage IoT infrastructure and PropTech tools to deliver plans for over 300 luxury apartments in London’s prestigious Canary Wharf. And that’s where the seed was planted in his mind for SIDD!

He formalised the business in 2024 and began sharing the story of where we are now, named after his hero and best friend - his late granddad Siddiqur Rahman.

Now our ethos is that same hunger and drive to deliver great projects in and around Buckinghamshire, whilst also believing in keeping things simple.
